Akash Mahmud (Bengali: আকাশ মাহমুদ; born 28 August 1997) is a Bangladeshi singer, composer, and author. He is known for his modern interpretations of traditional Baul and folk music. Active in the Bangladeshi music scene since 2019, Mahmud has released several popular tracks across digital platforms such as YouTube, SoundCloud, Apple Music, and Deezer.

Early life

Akash Mahmud was born in Narayanganj District, Dhaka, Bangladesh. He spent his student life in Mohammadpur, Dhaka-1207. From a young age, he was interested in music and literature, which later influenced his career as a singer and author.
